SiOL TV is a service that provides “cable TV” over an ADSL connection. The installation can be a bit tricky, especially if you also use ADSL to connect to the internet. That’s where my animated instructons come in, showing you just how many cables you need to set the thing up.
At first, I thought of doing it with photos, so Saša P. and I did a photo session with all the components, but the photos really weren’t good enough, so I decided to do illustrations. Since the deadline was really tight, I had to do the illustrations and the whole animation over night. I used some heavy masking voodoo with all those plugs.
Later, my illustrations were also used by Pristop for the printed manual.
